Martha Stewart Double Chocolate Brownie Bites

On Tuesday I made Martha Stewart's Double Chocolate Brownie Bites. They are from the July issue of Martha Stewart Living.

Here is the recipe:
1/2 cup honey
11/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1 stick unsalted butter,room temp.
1/2 cup packed dark-brown sugar
7 ounces semi-sweet chocolate,coarsely chopped (11/2 cups)
1/4 cup granulated sugar

1)Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Beat butter and brown sugar with a mixer on medium speed until pale and fluffy. Add honey and beat until fluffy. Reduce speed to low. Gradually add flour mixture, and beat until well combined.Mix in chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 min.
2)Drop heaping teaspoons of dough into granulated sugar.Roll to coat, shaping into balls. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing about 1inch apart. Bake until tops are cracking and cookies are just set, about nine min. Transfer sheets to wire racks, and lest cool.
Makes 6 dozen.

These are REALLY good! My family ate all 72 bites in 1 day!(well i ate a lot of them)
Three of my siblings tried some 60% cocoa dark chocolate their faces were VERY funny. Here they are:
